The Wailing or Western Wall is the last remaining physical Wall or remnant of the Temple which King Solomon built. This is the same Temple from which Jesus cast out the money changers. "Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers." [Matthew 21:12]
